Here at Pure Manufacturing we specialise in low volume, high quality parts. We can assist with product design and development where required and have a team of specialist engineers in house.

Our manufacturing  facilities include CNC Machining, Laser Cutting, Forming/Bending and Powder Coating.

We provide a range of CNC machining services simply contact us with your enquiry and we will be in touch. One approved we make your machined parts in house here in the UK. We inspect the parts to guarantee top quality only dispatching products which meet our high standard.

LASER CUTTING

We offer CNC laser cutting of a range of sheet metals including aluminium, steel and stainless steel. We use a Bodor 1.5kw fibre laser, which allows high-precision cutting, boring and engraving. Ready parts can be post-processed upon request with powder coating available.

POWDER COATING

Powder coating provides a durable, corrosion resistant, high quality metal finish. It ensures such quality by applying an electrostatic charge to the powder that is then fused to the surface (cured) at approximately 200ºC in a temperature-controlled oven.
